Baked Marble Cheesecake Posted: 19 May 2020 05:13 PM PDT Shopping list 250g Digestive biscuits 130g butter melted 4 eggs 1 egg yolk 75g caster sugar 1kg cream cheese 150g white chocolate 150g dark chocolate Baked Marble Cheesecake 1. Line a 23cm spring form tin with baking parchment 2. Crush the digestive biscuits to crumbs and mix in the melted butter 3. Tip the mixture into the tin and press down into the base to create an even layer 4. Gently whisk the eggs and sugar 5. Whip the cream cheese and combine with the eggs and sugar 6. Melt the chocolate separately 7. Add the white chocolate to the cream cheese mixture 8. Pour into the tin 9. Marble the dark chocolate through the cream cheese without mixing. (Chefs top tip – a knife can be used to help marble the chocolate though). Bake at 140C for 1 hr 30 minutes and then allow to cool in the tin. 10. Oriental Noodles Posted: 19 May 2020 05:03 PM PDT Shopping list 250g medium egg noodles 1 red pepper 2 pak choi 100g green beans 100g bean sprouts 20g sesame seeds ½ bunch coriander 50ml sesame oil 150ml sweet chili sauce 30ml sweet soy sauce Oriental Noodles 1. Place the noodles in a pan, cover with boiling water and leave for 15 minutes then drain and allow to cool. 2. Prepare the vegetables: chop the bottom off the pak choi and separate the leaves, chop the coriander, trim the beans and finely slice the peppers and onion 3. Heat the sesame oil in a wok, fry the vegetables on a high heat until they are tender crisp 4. Combine the vegetables, noodles, sweet chili sauce, sesame seeds and half the coriander.
